Our, internal Diversity Council here at GE contacted Coming Together Stark County based on strong recommendations from within the local business community. C.T.S.C facilitated several Lunch and Learn opportunities, educating on diversity and how to make the connection. The response was great and yielded the best to date attendance, considering it was optional. We found that the facilitators were well versed and professional.

 I just wanted you to know that you and your team provided a phenomenal training!  When we returned to the office, several of the staff continued to talk about some of the topics and several positive comments were made.  The Minerva group really enjoyed the training, in fact, they said that was the best diversity training that they had every received and would like it to continue.  Some of the highlights for most of the participants included hearing the facilitators personal stories and the interactive activities.  I knew it would be well received, especially given what I know about the facilitators!
